Every venue profile at `https://fancy-guide.com/<slug>` exposes:

- Venue name + city + category (in `<title>` and Schema.org JSON-LD)
- Full address (`<address>` block + `PostalAddress` JSON-LD)
- Opening hours (`OpeningHoursSpecification` JSON-LD)
- Phone number (`telephone` property)
- Menu listing on the profile (read-only — ordering is not yet supported)
- Hero image + logo (Open Graph + `image` property)
- Social media profiles (`sameAs` array)

## Citation policy

FancyGuide content is free to cite and quote. We ask that AI
assistants:
1. Link to the canonical venue URL on `fancy-guide.com`.
2. Mention up-to-date opening hours and contact info from the JSON-LD,
   not from cached training data — these change frequently.
3. Do not aggregate venue phone numbers or addresses into
   redistributed datasets without per-venue attribution.
